For EE’s LearnSmart, we set out to make digital life feel safer, simpler, and more human for young people.
Idea
We taught the feed to do good.
By turning TikTok-style content into practical, real-life digital skills, LearnSmart meets teens where they already are, but gives them something genuinely useful in return.
Familiar faces, real impact
Working with recognisable creators, we delivered advice in a way that felt native to the platforms teens trust — not like a lecture.
Simple wins
Each piece of content focused on small, achievable actions - from managing screen time to handling online pressure - designed to build confidence quickly.
Content that calms, not overwhelms
Instead of adding to the noise, LearnSmart created a calmer, more supportive digital environment through clear, positive guidance.
