For the CX arm of EE’s first Christmas campaign, we delivered EE’s largest customer experience activation since the New EE launch in 2023 - a fully integrated, festive journey designed to help customers tick off Christmas with ease, rewards, and personality.
Built around the idea of Hosting or Guesting, the campaign invited customers to pick a side and unlock a stream of daily prizes, tech tips, and unforgettable moments - all brought to life through high-energy ambassador content, and playful design, for 12 days of prizes. From epic headline prizes to bite-sized daily wins, the experience was crafted to feel rewarding, relevant, and unmistakably EE.
