We built a festive experience around a simple, relatable tension: are you hosting, or guesting?

By inviting customers to choose a side, we turned Christmas prep into a playful, reward-driven journey.

Spanning multiple touchpoints, the experience was designed to help customers “tick off Christmas” - blending rewards, utility, and entertainment into one seamless journey.
